The CONTEXT of the phone call is that Trump and his team identified to Raffensperger a greater number of illegal ballots than Biden's margin of victory (which was 11K). Trump put forth that if they looked into it and found just 11K illegal ballots, then it would prove that Trump rightfully won Georgia. THAT IS NOT A CRIME! A property owner’s personal valuation of their property means nothing in legal terms when it comes to bank loans and taxes. Property valuations are LITERALLY NEVER set on an owner's claims. They are set by a combination of the County Tax/Property Assessor, bank assessments, and market forces.  NOBODY gets to set their own property values with either the banks or Uncle Sam, and it's IGNORANT and DELUSIONAL to think that anyone does or can.  If you think this statement is untrue, then go ask your bank for a $1M loan on your $300K house and see what happens. Also, remember that we live in the United States of America, where people are presumed innocent until proven guilty.  Indictments are NOT “proof” of guilt, and they have never been. They are charges, and must be PROVEN in a court of Law. In The United Stated of America, we have the presumption of innocence until proven guilty, and neither, Smith, Bragg, nor Willis have proven any guilt or proof of what they claim. And, that's all they are at this point; claims, and nothing more than that. The prosecutor still has the burden of proving in a court of Law and against a defense that a crime occurred. In the end, President Trump will prevail because he is innocent of all these charge against him. The Grand Juries indicted Trump ONLY because Jack Smith and Fani Willis LIED to them and WITHHELD EVIDENCE EXONERATING PRESIDENT TRUMP!
